Thanks for the beautiful concert in Zumbrota, MN, on July 9. As I write this, I'm playing "Mr. Arthur's Place" from your The Early Albums CDs. Listening to you again live took me back in time to Decorah, Iowa, where I heard you perform in the Field House - of all places - and I remember wondering what my future would hold after I'd graduated from the safety of college life and had to create my own path in life. As I hear these three albums again, over 30 years later, I'm amazed at how phrases of your melodies and lines of your lyrics have run through my memories all these years,almost as if they were background music for my adult life. Just wanted you to know how much your music has meant to me for many, many years.
