The Bluebird And The Swallow

We are very pleased to be working with The Swallow at The Hollow in Roswell, GA to present Bluebird writers shows for people in the Atlanta area. We send 3 great songwriters down from Nashville every Friday and Saturday night for a 2 hour show. The Swallow has wonderful food; great barbeque and incredible pies. The audiences have been just perfect, a listening crowd like in Nashville.

Porter was a member of that group, and wrote many of their hits.

December 1 and 2: Larry Cordle, Carl Jackson and Jerry Salley. Larry Cordle wrote Murder on Music Row recorded by Alan Jackson; Carl Jackson wrote There Ain't No Future in the Past recorded by Vince Gill; Jerry Salley wrote I Fell In The Water recorded by John Anderson.

December 8 and 9: Marcus Hummon, Chuck Jones, Greg Barnhill. Marcus Hummon wrote Ready To Run recorded by Dixie Chicks; Chuck Jones wrote Your Love Amazes Me recorded by John Berry; Greg Barnhill wrote Walkaway Joe recorded by Trisha Yearwood

December 15 and 16: Kevin Welch, Kieran Kane, David Olney. Kevin Welch wrote That's What I Like About You recorded by Trisha Yearwood; Kieran Kane wrote I'll Go On Loving You recorded by Alan Jackson; David Olney wrote Deeper Well recorded by Emmylou Harris. These are all artists on the Dead Reckoning label.

December 22 and 23: Michael Johnson, Angela Kaset, Jack Sundrud. Michael Johnson wrote Cain's Blood recorded by Forerunner; Angela Kaset wrote Something In Red recorded by Lorrie Morgan; Jack Sundrud wrote It Must Be Love recorded by Ty Herndon. Michael Johnson is the artist who performed Bluer Than Blue and Give Me Wings.

December 29 and 30: John Jarrard, Rivers Rutherford and Alex Harvey. John Jarrard wrote Money In The Bank recorded by John Anderson; Rivers Rutherford wrote Unconditional recorded by Clay Davidson; Alex Harvey wrote Delta Dawn- recorded by Tanya Tucker.
